We always aim to go above and beyond to deliver a personalised service in a friendly and caring way. Whilst we always try our best, we realise that we may not always get it right, so we have a positive attitude to receiving comments, suggestions or complaints from our customers. We will try to explain any concern that you may have and use your feedback constructively to improve the service we provide. We operate a complaints procedure as part of the NHS system for dealing with complaints. Our system meets national criteria. Our Pharmacist will give you further information. You may also seek advice from the local Patient Advice and Liaison Service (PALS). PALS are not part of the complaints procedure itself, but they might be able to resolve your concerns informally or they can tell you more about the complaints procedure and independent complaints advocacy services.
